What does this mean?

As soon as i start my bike when its cold it will rev very high until it warms up a little then it will idle fine for a minuite and then it will stall.

Still normal as long as its not TOO high rpms. Then just turn down the air inflo via the air screw. But its normal. If its to high, Then your idle is to high. And fix with the air screw.

Just like starting a car in the cold...It will idle high till it warms up. But cars come with outo and elec chokes. Use your choke and then start the bike and let it warm till you get throttle respounce then shut it off. All 2 strokes start with no throttle and the choke on if set up right. You may be starting it wrong. Pull the choke all the way out then kick till start, It will run alittle high then start to CHOKE out, Shut the shoke off and then use the throttle.
