The Wolfsnout is in August 09 Dirt Rider in the Gear bag section.
We are very proud to be in the magazine.  Please take a look.  It has certainly changed since we began the process.  Thanks to all who gave advise way back in 07.

If that thing is breathable under intense cardio, its a great idea. We have valley fever out here which is cause from inhaling dust, ususally during monsoon season its the worst and it wll effect you for life once you get it.valley feveris horrible, so yes if it is an item that does not restrict my breathing to much, I would buy it.

Why not use a regular dust mask.  The new ones are very comfortable and soft. Is there an advantage to this type?

To me a dust mask just blocks the dust, this actually filters it when u breath in i think.

haha, I saw this and was thinking "that sounds familiar..." and i posted on it almost 2 years ago. weird. anyway i just looked at it again. two years ago i thought it was stupid. but last weekend i did an endurance race and about 12 laps in on the 9 mile course, there started to be some dust ruts that were insane and a few washouts that got so dusty it'd come up and  ungulf you as you tried to get through. when i got back to the pits my teeth were dirty, mouth dry, and just my whole face. it even went up my nose quite a bit. wish i had one of those then.

It is something you have to wear for an entire lap when you are onlyin the dust for a small portion of the lap.  And after the first lap things settle down, because the riders are getting spread out.

Man, that would sure be nice on some trail rides. I get back and my face is covered in dust, my mouth is often full of it and it's just yucky. Good luck on your product!
