Bare with me please this may be long:
One day I was riding my dirt bike, CR250, and it was running great like normal and out of nowhere it just died, at first I thought that maybe I was just A retard and didn't give it gas around the turn, which doesn't ever happen to me. So I go to kick start it and it won't start. It just won't start, when it died it sound like it stalled, and when I go to start it, it sounds like it isn't getting thee compression it needs. I just need some suggestions. Anything would help.

First check your plug and see if it fouled.
and tell us what it looks like.

yea your plug is fouled. always carry 2 plugs with you and a plug wrench, and it will never happen to you again
