Has anyone seen or heard what bikes are the best performing motocross bikes for 2008 and why? I would appreciate your help. Specifically the 450 cc moto bikes Honda, KTM, Yamaha, Suzuki??

Alot of good things have been coming from yamaha lately, but the races ive been seeing, suzuki is pulling ahead as it seems. Also, KTM is bringing back there speed, showing up Yamaha's and hondas in the endoros. But its all preference, and the riders ability and will power.

If i were to get a 450, I would get a honda first, yamaha second and a RMZ450 3rd.

The Honda 450's seem like really solid bikes.

In my opinion the 450 class is so competitive that it doesn't matter which bike you get. But thats just me. And by the way the KTM looks bad to the bone

honda or yamaha 1st suzuki or ktm 2nd and kawasaki last. honda and yamahas 450 are extremely close to the same bike that if yu changed them to the same color and took off the company name you wouldnt know what you were on. the yamahas engine lasts longer though because the honda has slight valve issues.

well. the honda has a super powerful engine and with the all new honda progressive steering damper it takes corners much easier.

the hondas engine isnt more powerful. iv riden them both a lot. the only difference is where the powerband starts. neither of them sign off at top end but the honda has a tinny bit more grunt from idle to about 4500 rpm and the yamaha takes over again. the steering dampner isnt to brag about/
