Service Honda bikes?

What do you guys/girls think of the service honda bikes?
CR500AF?
CR500AFX?
Junior X?
i aslo heard they might be coming out with a KX500?
All i know is that 500 two stroke are a kick in the A ,but throttle control is a must!! haha ![]() that is the look everyone that hops on one for the first time gets.

they are pretty cool. i personally wouldnt buy one. i too have seen the picture of a KX500 engine in a KX450F frame. the junior X is pretty cool. they should put it in a BBR CRF150R aluminum frame though. that would be sweet, and a huge blow to the wallet.

Yeah id prolly never end up buying them but i think they are pretty fricken sweet. If i lived closer to the dunes id buy one though.

Personally, the CR500AF & AFX are the bomb! They brought them out to Gorman, (Calif) for us to test ride, and I rode the AF & AFX. One with the digital ignition, and one without. WOW! Light, agile, FAST AS HELL!. . . Ergos are SPOT ON. Did I mention I was 6'-3"?
I Ride a street legal "steely" framed 500, in California. Let me say this. If you want the BADDEST, FASTEST, BEST looking LIGHTEST dirtbike around. . . The SERVICE HONDA CR500AF or AFX is for you. Other people are trying to make them. But dont have NEAR THE EXPERIENCE AJ has. So take your chances on anything not by Service Honda.
The name "AF" is supposedly copyrighted by Service Honda. . . and deservedly so. They put a TON of work into this thing, and have done it right. AJ has forgotton more about 500's than most know! Who do you think Honda or Kawasaki turned to in making these?
The CRF250RJR & CRF250XJR. . . are the bomb. My son rode them, and LOVED THEM. I do agree a Aluminum framed version would be the shizzizle. . . but? ***
As far as the price goes. . . I seem to be in the same boat most are in. But I am on the verge of finally being able to buy one. . . do I think its worth the almost $10,000 ?. . . a KTM530 is $9000. . . I'd much rather have the AFX!. . . priced out a top end lately? I have!
Remember, you get what you pay for.
Now. . . if I can get him to put a 250R motor in a CR85R Chassis!. . . AJ you reading this?
