set the tire pressure at 12psi to begin with and adjust it to suit the track and your riding style.  Set the static sag to about 20mm, and the race sag to about 90mm - actually you set the race sag first and make sure the static then measures between 15mm and 25mm - if the race sag is proper, but the static is outside this range, then you need a different rate spring.  This should give you a good baseline, but you will have to tweak it to suit your skills and the conditions on the track.
Since when is Dirt blue??!!!
