Are there any trails in Gastonia, NC or in surrounding areas like charlotte, shelby, clover?

i live in laurinburg,nc about 2 hrs from gastonia..i usually ride here local alot but i hear theres pretty good areas to ride in the state parks..just got to pay a small fee ithink

BrushyMountainMotorsportspark is in Taylorsville. Uwharrie state park has ohv trails. 45min. south of charlotte is tnt motorsports park and carolina adventure world, both are just off I77.

I'm going to Uwharrie this weekend with 5 other motorcycle riders. I believe this is the 2nd week open since the closing. Ranger station says all trails a open and there is no fire ban.

The campground is beautifully landscaped and very quiet and peaceful. The bath house is really nice - one of the best we have seen. I do wish there was some type of playground for the kids.
