Hi, I have a stock 2004 cr125 and a guy on craigslist has a 2000 cr250 he's wanting to trade for a 2002 or newer cr125 (he says 250 too fast for him).  Mines pretty clean with a couple dented radiators and his looks clean but it has all new plastics, his also has new top and bottom end "done professionally".  Any advice on if I should make the trade or not???  I do want a 250, 125 just doesn't quite scare me anymore....

P.S.
I don't race, I'm mostly a field rider, wheelies and short sprints.  However, I'm in the process of building a 7 foot kicker ramp with dirt landing and am somewhat concerned that a 250 will have two much torque causing me to wheelie off the end of the ramp.

Thanks for any advice on the trade.
