I am having trouble choosing a bike that suits me. I am 17 years old. and weight about 150. I was thinking about either a yamaha yz250f or wr250f or a honda crf250r or a crf250x. I havent riden in a while and dont know if a 250 would throw me around. And i am afraid that a trail bike would become to slow for me. What do you think?

What type riding are you going to be doing?  Any of those will be fast enough depending on your riding.
I agree with Bill, a 125 will make you a better rider in the long run.  Also while it is at a disadvantage power wise due to power spread, on the track a two stroke does allow you to ride lines that four strokes can't which in racing situations can be an advantage.

just my opinion!!!if your not going to be racing but trails and occasional track the off- road models any color or maker really are the way to go.first and foremost the e-start is a feature ive come to love when operator error comes into play on a super steep somethin and couldnt kick to save my soul.and then the low end,way harder to stall these types of bikes(also if your new to riding you dont have to ride as fast to keep the bike from bogging,if your a heavier rider change the springs!and if the power of a 250f gets slow in a couple of years buy a big bore kit when its time for a top end.

250x all the way. you can get back into the swing of things really easy on this, then you can ring its neck like you know how to ride and it puts up with just about everything.
