Is the drive sprocket on a 2006 cr85 suppose to wiggle a little or be snug?

lol, the only thing that needs to wiggle on that bike is the overflow tube. but seriously tighten it up or your going to run into some major problems

oddly, the drive sprocket on my brand new crf150r wiggles a little ***  call the dealer - I bet they can set your mind at ease.

What do you mean by wiggle?  I am not familiar with the CR-85; is the sprocket held on by a nut or a removeable clip?

A bit of side to side wiggle may bye OK depending on the attachment method, but the sprocket should'nt wobble back and forth on the drive spline.

I wouldn't worry about it kid, it sounds normal to me.  Like Dave said, if you can pull it in and out just a tiny bit that's fine, as long as it doesn't rock back and forth on the shaft.
