Yeah - I'll take a piece of that action

Oh look - he posted between us that it was both ends - I win!

LOL

Leonel, you don't need to pay anyone to set your sag - you need to learn how to do this.  All you need is a tape measure and a freind.  Put the bike on a stand so that the rear tire is elevated and measure EXACTLY from the seat bolt to the axle bolt.  Then put the bike on the ground, bounce it up and down a couple times, and take the measurement again. Finally, sit on the bike, bounce up and down a few times, and measure the distance the third time.  The difference between the bike on the stand and the bike on the ground should be about an inch or so.  The difference between the bike on the stand and you on the bike should be about 4 inches.  Once we've got that sorted, we can work on the rebound damping adjustment.

me too!  tic tock, tic tock...

:P

Once we figure out where your sag is now, we'll cover adjusting it.  But basically, we'll use a spanner or screwdriver to loosen the threaded collar on your shock, and then turn it to change the sag.  A spanner is nice to have, but you can do this jod with a plain old flathead screwdriver.

Thats for the back, You will see this PIC to follow on top of your forks. And it will read (H-S COMP)
That is the Hard/ Soft compression setting. And need to adjust after the sag.

what you show me on the pictures. that controls how fast/slow the for compres or how fast/slow the forks rebound?
what about the shock in the back?
there is two adjuster one at the top of the shock right under the seat, and another at the end of the shock. wich one is in charge of the rebound?
most likely what causing my bike to rebound too much, my rebound been too soft or been too hard.
yeah i know guys that this is suposing my race sag is ok.

The pic is for Compression release and dampning. And the Dampning of the forks and rebound is doen by turning in or out a # of clicks On the Rebound force adjustment screw. On the bottom of your fork! Will say S-H Again, Soft Hard Even on both sides and depending on the sag in the rear. Oh Hell...SKIP!!!!LOL  I cant explain this on the pute.
