Hey there, no problem! Also check out http://www.locomx.com. I have found some pretty great deals there as well. Also, when I had questions, these guys are really "kewl", they were quick to help me out, and they directed me to the right resources. As far as the username, who says Pentecostal preachers can't race motocross? LOL! OK...so I'm a bit crazy! Enjoy your ride and let me know if I can help any further.....

One of the greatest tools I have found in my research for great prices and "hard-to-find" parts, is in the back of some of the magazines I have bought. I started buying just a little here and there until I seen who had the best deals for the price. I know it takes some time, but for instance, I found a BELL helmet that costs $500-$600 at most places, I found it on sale for $159! And that's with extra visors, screws, liner, and even a custom helmet bag! The deals are out there, if you like hunting. I highly recommend bookmarking your finds, and compare-shop these guys, many will match and beat their competitors! Enjoy the journey! I've gotta go ride now.....L8r!

Check out turbocity.com they've got some cool accessories for the new XT250 including windshields.  I've got a rear rack, tail bag, and crash bars/skid plate on the way.  The pictures look way cool.

Hey Countrygirl!

Don't let them deter you....I just bought the same bike and I love it, too. It is enough for short trips and gets me off-road, too. You can find the parts you want at:
http://www.turbocity.com/

I was directed there at ADV.com with the following message from Eaglefeather - "My wife just got one back in June and loves it!

I'm sure you'll love yours too.

Here are the necessities;

skid plate w/engine guards
rear master cylinder guard

This is the only place you can get them (that I have found)

http://www.turbocity.com/"

Enjoy - and come on over to adv.com where we discuss riding all the time. I have the same handle and can usually be found in the forum "The Rockies - It's All Downhill From Here!" But there are Regional and other forums too!
