Well i went ahead and changed out the jets like everyone said and moved the needle down a clip, But not the bike will not start at all. I have a 35 pilot jet in it and a 340 main jet(the 360 was on back order and hasnt came in yet so i got a size smaller as well) Before the plug had oil all over it when you kicked it, now it has a lil bit of gas on it but it is completely clean when i take it out? Is it running to lean with the 340 in it? The main jet shouldnt matter for starting it tho should it? The main jet only kicks in once you are up to speed am i right? Can someone please help me im bout to run this stupid bike over with a damn dump truck!!!!!

Calm down William. Jetting is a science that takes a little getting used to, and a lot of trial and error. I don't know what was suggested the first time, but I am willing to work with you. First a few questions.
What year is your bike? Where do you live? Are there any aftermarket parts dealing with the air/ fuel system? Do you have the manual? What is the altitude of the city you live in? What is the temperature outside?

I am new to these newer bikes if its old i can usually fix it but if its new i am kinda lost so any help is appreciated.

set your air screw at 1.5 turns. make sure the spark plug cap is on tight. Make sure the fuel valve is on. Turn the choke on, but DON'T TOUCH THE THROTTLE! Give it a few good kicks.
You're jetting is close and your float is right. We'll get 'er started!

Normally I would say set it to stock settings and adjust for alttitude and temp. But you have an aftermarket exhaust and live at an extreme altitude.
I looked up Pro circuits jetting specs for their exhaust on your bike. (the charts are under the consumer support link)
For sea level and 70 degrees farenheight they recommend 370 Main, 37.5 Pilot, 6BEG20-69 Needle, Clip in the 2nd position, and 1 1/2 turns out on the air screw.
For going up to 5000ft. I would recommend a 350 Main, 37.5 pilot, 6BEG20-69 Needle on the 2nd Clip pos., and 2 turns out on the air screw for a starting point.
You might need to change you needle, but I doubt it. Try it on 1st pos. before doing so.
Skip or Rockies feel free to chime in as both of you have plenty experience in high alt.

Looks like I was late to the party. Sorry but you caught me in the middle of watching my Wings lose the first game in a long time. It's OK though I don't see Dallas beating them another three times.

Ok well i will try everything everyone said. But one problem i am having is finding a 37.5 pilot jet, i live out in the middle of no where so i do most of my shopping on the internet and my main parts store(Bikebandit.com) doesnt have a 37.5 pilot they have the 35 but no 37.5, so my question is whats a good internet site that i could get the jet from?

You can run the 35 - just turn the air screw in more. You can also run the 40, but you will need to turn the air screw out. As long as you are within the range of 1/2 turn out to 2 1/2 turns out, you're fine. You can also try to get the 37.5 at www.sudco.com - they will definitely have it.

Ok well i did finally get it started but now it just starts and then dies and i take out the spark plug and its fouled not bad but just a lil bit. So i was wandering if it could be one of 2 things, well for starters i have the 6BEG2068 needle in it right now and i know you guys said i need the 6BEG2069 needle but will it really make that much of a difference to justify ordering the different needle. I also suspect it might be improper adjustment on either the pilot screw or the air screw so what do yall think my problem now is.
I am much happier now tho that i got it to start i am seeing light at the end of the tunnel for sure!!!

The different needle is only 1/2 clip different - great for fine tuning, but the bike will do fine without it.
The airscrew sounds rich to me - open it up to 2 1/4 turns and see what that does...

Will do thanks..... And i did just bout 10 min ago move my needle from the 2nd clip down all the way to the top one and dint adjust the air screw and it was better it ran for about 30 sec instead of 10 sec before it died but it is still to rich so i will try turning the air screw out and see where that takes me.
