Hey, I was wondering if anyone has made their own silencer/tip. I have an '03 YZ250F and would like to have one to ride at my friends' trails because he has neighbors that complain about sound. I was thinking about making it out of aluminum. Let me know if you have any suggestions. Thanks

If you mean the stock exhaust I already have it on, but I changed the jetting and cleaned the carb. Now it's a quieter and runs better.

Hey I have a great suggestion for you. Dont waste your time on making that. Go to Google and type in DB-Dawg. Its an insert that you slip in the end of your exhaust and it nocks off 4 decibles. Give it a try. Its not a permanent thing. Its just for a couple hours but you will of course lose slight amount of power but its better than the cops after you.
