Greetings everyone,

Im new to this forum and wanted to see if I could get a few opinions....

First, I dont have a dirt-bike myself. I used to ride when I was younger, but had a pretty nasty wreck which required lots of reconstructive surgery, so now my wife makes me keep four wheels under me instead of two, so instead of a bike, I have a Yamaha Rhino 660, which is AWESOME. Sorry, I'm digressing already...

I just bought my son a UM-UTF 90cc dirt bike for his birthday. I got it at a really good price and thus far it seems to be a great little bike. I admit I was a bit hesitant to buy it; mainly because I had a hard time finding out anything about them. There were very few user reviews on-line, and while everyone I spoke to (in the bike community) had heard of UM, they didnt really have a whole lot to say about them, good or bad. To be honest, aside from the price ($1,200)the main reason I went ahead and bought it was because it came with a three year factory warranty, which is unheard of when it comes to bikes and ATV's, unless of course you purchase an extended warranty. Hell I paid 11 grand for my Rhino and it only came with a six month warranty. The only other manufacturer I'd heard of that went beyond six months on a warranty was Kymco, who offers a one year warranty on their ATV's.

Does anyone else here have any experience when it comes to UM? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Chad - Dahlonega, GA
