I saw Goose ride Ricky Carmichael's MXoN bike at Budds creek last year. He looked good! I'll see what the rest of the DR staff thinks...great question!

C'mon guys - we're talking about mechanics here!
1st - if the pros took a day off, the mechanics would be high-tailing it to the nearest B-B-Q and beer trough...
2nd - most mechanics aren't CRAZY enough to race the machines they build!
Now an interestign question would be - if they switched places, which rider could actually get a bike prepped and ready to race

Yes, I like that! Give the pro's a stock bike and have them prep it.

If the pros had to prep their own bike Heath Voss would be a contender to win... he preps his own bike every week anyways...
