the engine doesnt take that long to warm up. are you topping off before every ride?
and how can you see it come out. radiater fluid comes out after you top it off but after it overflows it will stay at a consistent level, and stop coming out unless you put more in.

i have had my cr 125 do that before it happens because the bike over heats But skip helped me re jet for high altitude and the overheating problem cleared up allong woth several other problems
Honda has a hard time putting correct jets in there bikes
what altitude do you live at and what jets are in there now

Check you radiator cap, it might not be working right.

Hmmmmm, interesting... I was going to start a new thread but it seems my issue here is a bit on topic.
Here is my issue and perhaps it's similar to quazies...
The bike is a 95 125... just did a complete rebuild on the top end... rings ect
Put on a new Pro Circuit plat
Installed the V-force reeds (my old ones were def spent)
And re-jetted the carb - a 55 and a 155 jet and needle on the second position
Well here is the dilima, The bike just doesnt seem to have that instant snap I'm looking for, actually it like to sputter for a second or 2 before it really kicks in. But I've noticed coolant leaking comming in from a test run. Could this as well be a jet issue? And I'm not sure if it is comming out of the overflow cause it doesnt come out when I've stopped but all of my hoses are good. And the pipe does seem a bit hot, but I thought that was normal. Any suggestions???

Mud you should still start another thread because it sounds like you still need fine tuning on your jetting. If you refilled radiator after rebuild, maybe it was just overfilled.

ok i lhave the same bike as you. you should have a 50 pilot 168 main. clip on 3rd position and stock for air screw is 2 1/2 turns out but that is changeable on a daily basis to give you good snap on the throttle. check your jets. and see if you have the same.
