i would like to race in the novice class but everybody says i am to tall to race and i am 6 2 200lbs i would ike an answer from somebody who races  

Set the suspension for your weight get a longer shift lever if you have a big foot and yeah any body can race in they can balance on two wheels.

i am guessing you are a kid to i just did not say i was a kid incase of an online predator and since i am a kid and that tall do you think i have a shot  

Well if it helps.  Im 35 6'4 and 210.  I plan on hitting the starting gates for the first time in a month.  Anyone has a shot at winning.  Just don't get your hopes up that you will right of the bat.  May take a year or 2 maybe 2 races.  Ya never know till you try!!!

you tall guys actually have an advantage!! longer legs give you an extra bit of travel in the suspension area.
its the little guys that have to work harder.

no, no, no. you cannot just do that.

when you do that you are throwing off the suspension.

you need properly set your race sag then measure the free sag. if the free sag is off then you need stiffer or softer springs. there is nothing you can do about being shorter. if your suspension is too stiff then that is your problem.

and some of the best racers in the world are as tall as you. RC, jeremy mcgrath. i dont think stewart is that tall either.

Travis Preston is 6'3" & 185. According to him, the toughest part of being a tall racer are the starts. But that's mostly because of his weight. Getting that holeshot is tough against guys that are 20-40 lbs lighter.  

Dude There is NO limits to who can ride or race. I dont care if your 3 feet tall or 7 you can still enjoy riding as much as anybody else.

There is no age requirement the last time I check for that class. If you dont race then I would start in the C or the begginers class. Do not start in a higher class of riders than you can handle. They will hurt you really bad because normally they dont like slow riders getting in the way and crash you. Iv been there done that. If I recall right you have to be 14 to race in the 450 class since 250fs and 250 now race together. I hope this helped
