Rotator Cuff and Labral Shoulder injuries. I thought since Ben Townley just had his shoulder surgery, this would be a good time to explain this injury. Plus I've added a new link for past FAQ's for you to refer to as well as a new Training Focus Area......Hydration and Nutrition. Ponca City and LL's are just around the corner. ahhhh, just do it like a man...cut your leg in half? Duck-tape works just fine!
