practice on your bike and you will excersize the muscles needed. my friend told me that if you work out your arms and get them nig it will be even easier to get arm pump. but he's a dumb ass so i'm not sure if its true or not....

Legs-Do spuat jumps. Leg curls. Squat down on a wall with your back against the wall, feet shoulder width apart 1 foot away from the bottom of the wall and then go down till your knee makes a 90 degree angle(hold it for 3-5 minutes.
Arms-Bench press. Push ups. Do other exercises with dumbbells.

Ride a lot!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Having weaker or stronger arms does not contribute to arm pump. Squeezing the bars with a death grip does. The more comforitable you are with your bike and the terrain you are on the less chance you wll have of arm pump. Grip size has an effect to this as well. Too thick or thin will make your hands work harder.

your friend is right is right. if you do bicep workouts all day then it will make it worse. stretch a lot. do speed workouts. basically 45 second workouts with low weight and a lot of reps. motocross uses all your muscles so you want even muscle strenght through your whole body. main points to focus on are shoulder, back, and thighs. i have a workout saved on my computer but i am on my ps3 right now so i will get on my computer tomorrow to give you the link.

i don't what all these people are talking about hitting the gym for? i'd say say ride your bike, a lot. maybe run, or ride a bicycle to up your cardio. that's what my concern would be.

If you just go out there and race like your supposed to (not sitting on the bike the whole time)you would know.

250 2 stroke hands down. They are all allowed in the same class now.
The bigger muscles equal more arm pump is a myth that was started by lazy pros who wanted an excuse to not have to lift weights.

125 2 stroke to hone skills, a 250 if you are serious about winning.
Seat time will cure arm pump and any other problem. Ride, ride, ride!
