Everything has been replaced and adjusted properly .I heard this was a problem with this on this year...I also heard you can use the same year 125cc clutch springs have you heard that?

I havent heard that about the 125 springs but if it is really that bad then put on an "easy pull" or start some forearm exercises.

Yama I have a 1997 Yz250.

I use mine for everything. I have ice tires for it and hillclimb extensions with a cut tire. the bike is quick and reliable.

I've never had any clutch issues with it. I would start by rechecking (u probably did) everything and then try to move the actuator arm with out the cable on it. just to see if its binding. Use vise grips or an adjustable. make sure the clutch pack is set up correctly and that there are no grooves in the basket fingers.

did th eebc kit come with springs or a re using the stock ones?

i bought a barnett kit once for it and didn't use the springs it came with because they were huge. I like the feel of the stock ones.
