04 rmz250 starting compression issue help stuck decompression lever??

I have an 04 rmz250
it will start if u push it easily and and runs perfectly once going but if i kick it its messed up all of a sudden.
but if u kick it its like theres no compression, if u pull the decompression lever it has the same compression. i can push it with my arm ,i usually have a hard time kickin it with my leg lol
i think the decompression lever is stuck
any ideas how to unstick it
or
what it is thats wrong with my bike???

I would check the valve lash. if u haven't checked it recently its probably time. Also the decompression lever on ur bike should be automatic and attched to the exhaust cam. i would check to make sure its working properly when u check the valves.

OK THE HOT START OR WHAT EVER THE HELL U WANNA CALL IT UP ON THE HAND BAR !
I JUST HAND THE VALVES CHECKED AT THE SHOP AND THEY WERE ALL IN SPECS NO ISSUES THERE
ITS GOT A 280 BIG BORE KIT AND A PROCIRCUIT CAM AND STAGE 2 HEAD KIT TOO !!
