No, get something bigger. If you want a good trail bike I'd say a crf250 for ur size or for a 2 stroke I'd get a KTM 200exc or even a cr125 could potentialy be a good trail bike. You would outgrow a crf150f WAY 2 fast.(If ur not already 2 big for it.) I'm 14 5'8 and I ride a KX250 and a KTM 200exc. I don't race I ride trails and fields too and they are great bikes for it. So DON'T get a crf150f. I'd also recommend a 2stroke instead of a 4 stroke. 4 strokes are just too much of a pain.

im 14 5,7 and i can fit on a 150f comfortably alll tho i go a rm 125. the 150f has absolutely no power. like seriously i cant lift it into a wheeler easily and i am an experienced rider. the bike is fun to mess around on i guess. has really good suspension but i would never buy it nor reccomend it. its for like street riding cause it has no power.

I have to agree I like the 125 or 250 2 strokes, but the smallest 4 banger I would have is a crf230. I have a friend who has one and they are fun little bikes. Not a whole lot on the power side but fun on the trails.

125 2 stroke. 2 strokes are proven to be the best trail bikes there are. the only better bike would be a ktm 200exc but this is also a 2 stroke. if your determined to get a 4 stroke get a 250.
