K so my friend wants to adjust his brakes by just adding more fluid so they work better. Will that do the trick and what does he need to do it??
Putting an FMF on a Kawasaki is like putting Mayo on a PB and J sammi.

Are his brakes low on fluid? What kind of bike does he have? Has he tried adjusting the brake cable?

It's a Honda Quad the front brake is Hydralic and the back brake is fine and they were recently bleed but the guy didn't put enough fluid in. So how would he go about adding more fluid or making the brake more touchy? You have to pull the lever in really far and it just sucks, and you obviously can't pull the cable tighter.    So like I said how would he go about adding more fluid?

There is still air in the line. The brake will have to be bled again.

re-bleed the brakes its a very simple job really...just eatch the fluid when your doing it that you dont suck it dry keep the fluid up while bleeding...

more touchy brakes change either to a braided brake line or a line from a street bike either one will give you "touchier" brakes I myself run brake lines from a Yamaha R6, I find they give me better stopping with less application on the levers and last much longer then the stock rear brake lines...
