The float is stuck in the carb.

im not sure about your ride but my yz 250f done the same thing and the float was fine but the o-ring inside the seat was dried and cracked. the float done its job but the seat leaked really bad. just turn the gas of pull the bottom of the carb off turn the gas back on and gently push up on the float. If it dosent leak then your float probably has a hole in it and filling up with gas and not floating. if it still leaks pull off the float and cover the float needle hole and only the hole with your finger, turn the gas on and see if it leaks. if it still leaks its the o-ring in the seat. Oh and also check the rubber tip on the float needle, may be worn or gone... Hope this helps
