KTM 50 Clutch (2007)

Bought a new junior leftover. less yhan 3 hours on bike clutch stared slipping. Took apart, there were no thin shims on one leg. The other two had 2 thin shims. The clutch basket was all worn out and the shoe was in rough shape. Is this the problem?

These are the things you will need.
-Clutch Plates
-Clutch Basket  
2006 cr85 big wheel
