i got a 1998 cr250r 2 stroke!! i got the 1 peace radiator and it seem like i leek alot of fluid out the over flow hose for it.it only does it when i wheelie walk or really get on it!!!! is it suppose to do that?or do i got a problem???it also seems like my bike gets hot real quick!!!any suggestions??

It sounds like you have overfilled your radiator, and the excess fluid is leaking out when the bik is put at odd angles, or your when collant pressure gets high in the upper RPMs.

Does it leak like that only in the beginning of a ride or is it still doing it after some time on the trail?

Another thing it could be is you have a bad seal in your radiator cap, or the cap is stuck oen.  Swapping radiator caps with a friends bike can trouble shoot this.

Is your bike really running hot?  Get one of those thermometer tapes so you can better measure your engines running temps, and compare them to whats normal.

Ok, so I should scratch the idea of the 50 pilot and 168 main on the 3rd clip? Currently I have a 55 / 155 on the second. The screw is out 2 3/4 turns. It never idled which always bugged me but still always ripped before but I just think I'm getting more aware of how it should run since I've never had one before. It's running plenty lean with hardly any smoke and a clean plug.

And about the 250... I've never been on one and have been thinking of trying one out to see the difference. And that does sound like a good deal however I just read something like the 02 -07 engines on those arent as good as some of the older ones. But that was only one article.

The engines were fine.  It was the air intake that was choking them for the most part.  Honda tried for years to redesign the intake with the aluminum fames.  The power was there, just not very usr friendly.  It was like a very powerful 125 powerband.  All the upper RPMs.
