I have a kx250f and i was wondering if the ti 4 is the best pipe for my bike. I do alot off racing so what ever is the best let me know.  

yes. pro circuit knows how to make a good exhaust for a kawasaki so you should stick with them. ti-4 gp system is the best you can get.

like i said the ti-4 gp is the best you can get for any situation. adds power everywhere.

and they dont have a ti-4. they have a t-4 but i think you are talking about the exhaust i said, ti-4 gp.

ya thats the one im talkin about but what else should i get that will increase power  

powerbomb header.. i heard there not much difference between the power and the mega but..thats just what i heard.

yeah the only reason fmf makes them is because their muffler sucks ass. pro circuit is better especially for kawi's. i would just get the full system from pc.
