So just an update guys... I split the crank case and started looking at all the seals and I noticed that the right crankshaft oil seal was not siting in its bore properly. The bottom part of the seal was protruding more then the other part. So i'm pretty sure that was what my problem was. Also the collar that the seal rides on is a little worn with grooves in it from the seal. So I'm now just waiting for parts before re assembly.

Hopefully this is the end of the oil consumption problems.

So just another update guys. I finished the rebuild. New top end and all the lower end seals. Broke the bike in. Jetted the bike properly now. Running a 400 main and a number 30 pilot jet. AND NO MORE USING CRANKCASE OIL!!! haha. thanks a lot for everyones advice.

So now that the bike is running good I decided to screw things up by buying a fatty pipe. Will the new pipe affect my jetting a lot? or do I just need to fine tune it again. FMF recomends a 410 main and a 35 pilot. Do you guys think I should start off with that or keep my current jets with the fatty pipe?

Start with what FMF recommends.  Then do the fine tuning.  Now that you have some experience in jetting it should be much easier than last time.

Would it have been possible to replace the crankcase seals without splitting the case?
