BAD NEWS!!! ok so i got her to run with a little starting fluid but mixed a bit of mystery oil because pure starting fluid is bad for 2 strokes cause of no oil. it sounded weird. so i took the pipe off checking for a nest and i find a gallon of water in the expansion chamer. so got rid of that and still the smae problem will on run on the starting fluid. so someone takes the compresser with low psi and puts it in the breather to mabey hep the fluid go. and it seemed to work for a sec but then the carb was proing oiut gas. we seem to think the float bowl like prong or whatever bent so im taking it to my uncles to have him look at it. he is a motor wiz!!! wish me luck. o yah and on the plug after it would run there was white foam. maybe a tad of water got into it?
P.S. what ever happens i will update on this

a tad? a gallon of water in your fatty. im thinking your head gasket might be gone? anyone back this theory up? dont take it apart until more pople back that up. but thats what it sounds like. a leaky head gasket would allow all the water to go into your cylinder, then into your oil, and into your fatty. also would make it not want to start. was your plug a milky white color? if not then the water is not in your cylinder and it might have gotten there somehow else, but water in your fatty is never good and will make it hard or impossible to start lol ~pat

has your coolant level gone down? you've got water in your cylinder. or did. as to how it got there could be from leaking head gasket. or if the pipe doesn't fit the exhaust manifold or w/e and you went to fill the bike with coolant you can get some water running down your bike into the exhaust. the latter has happened to me. ~pat

when i checked the coolent levels it was full.... and i think water got into the head because the bike was submerged. would explain the electrical problems and the gallon of watter in the expansion chamber of the head pipe. hopefully tonight or tomarow im taking it to my uncle whos a dirtbike mechanic and a veteran. i have full faith in him.

bad news again. it wont hit powerband. as soon as the powerband should kick in it kinda sputters and spits and hiccups like a governor. my uncle said he didnt have time to really test ride it so me needs to adjust it 1 last time to dail it in. he said it might be running lean so its starving for fuel.

well we adjusted the float level. it seemed to be a little off. so we were trying to get it to idle and it was puzzeling my uncle. so screwing witht he idle we fouled the plug. of course it was a ngk 2!!!!! so i ripped up the woods to try to clean it out and it wouldnt clean and it was only running like above half throttle but it was because the plug i think... but the reason it wouldnt idle was puzzeling... we figured we would check the pilot jet, CLEAN AS A WHISTLE..... what is going on here??? so we checked the spark just got the heck of it. he said the spark seemed weak it was kinda a grayish color not a cobalt blue color as he said. ........ and so the story continues.... were jusst ganna play it as we go and try to solve this mystery. guys as always any imput is greatly appriciated.

Okay so if I was you I would clean the carb and airfilter good. I would change engine oil and drain gas and start with new clean gas. I would also take the muffler apart and repack it cause it is probably a mess after going under water. Check the spark with a new clean plug so you get an acurate reading on the spark. If spark is good, carb and airfilter clean and still running rough, it probably needs to be rejetted.
