need help with the ttr

our ttr has no kick start and runs like crap. when you rev it it take forever for the rpms to go down
anybody got an idea of whats goin on?
the throttle snaos back and everything its like something in the carb isnt goin backwith the throttle though

A high hanging idle is a common symptom of an overly rich bilot circuit. Try turning the airscrew out... if it's this lean though, you will probably need a bigger pilot jet.
