does anyone know how to rebuild front forks... ive herd its not easy, but i like challenges. also id rather save a couple hundred by doin it myself.

well you send them to factory connection and pay them 95 dollars so that they can rebuild them.

dont even attemp this. its not easy and you will get pissed off and end up taking them somewhere anyways to have someone fix everything you *** up. there are a lot of parts that need check and looked at and everything needs done precisely.

you should have both the front forks and rear shock rebuilt at the same time.

yea i agree, i went by a manual i bought to fix them but just ended up taking to a buddie that rebuilds them they are pretty complexed,pluse require specialty tools only used to repair forcks. needless to say i got them apart and back together but they just didnt function right. my guy rebuilds then for 75 a pair and u sluppy the seals and wipers and oil.

Suspension is so important that letting a suspension pro take care of it for you is worth it.  Especially if you want to revalve or change springs.
