im scared if i buy a cr 125 i will outgrow it so what should i get
 

get a used 125 then if you like you can handle a 250 then sell the 125. btw you will never outgrow a 125. people that suck think its slow but really its just them.

That is not always true....everyone on here always says if you think a 125 is slow then you suck. Well i have a 125 and a 250 both and i would much rather ride the 250 its got more raw power. Also the kind of riding i do(I ride all around on trails, dirt roads, tracks, pastures) and when im riding on the track i can keep up with my friends 250's if im on my 125 cuz its so much more light and nimble. But when riding anywhere else it is hard to keep up with them simply because they have more speep and power than i do.
So i disagree with everyone when they say a 125 is not slower than another bike because depending on the type of riding you do it is slower.  

well if hes riding a 85 then a 125 is prefect ok not no 250 that well kill him  

william. did you read my post? i said that a 125 would be good for now. and that he coiuld move up LATER if he wanted to. you are right. it is quite obvious that the 250 has more power. why else would anyone ride them? just for most poeple coming from a smaller bike. a 125 will suit there needs fine for quite a long time. jumoing from an 85 2 stroke to a 250 is quite a jump. i've done it, but if hes on an 85 he might not be of a weight where he can conttrol the 250. ~pat

yea i agree with some people  get the 125.  ive seen ppl on 85's do monster jupms on tracks that some ppl woudlnt attempt on a 250f  so a 125 can go super fast on a track.  i love my cr125.  get procircuit platnum 2 pipe. r-304 shorty silencer, v-force reed valve, and it will be fast as long as its a 05 model and up  

*** alll those mods. get a pc platinum pipe. platinum 2 is *** on a 125. and a pc r304 silencer. and i bet i could smoke you on a track. with my pos 98 cr 125 and you can be on your 250. i bet i could smoke you on trail, hill climb, feild, drag, and anything else you can think of. of course a 250 is more powerful but if you say its slow then your slow. a 250 gives you an edge on your competition not to make you fast. like me i am getting a 250 to have an edge on my competition.
