it is a stupid question but does anyone know how to set the clutch and how it should feel on a hona cr80 2001
mostly appriciated .

ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT ADJUSTING THE CLUTCH OR IS YOUR CABLE NOT HOOKED UP?

My son has an 02 CR80, are you asking about the clutch, or the lever?

its the leaver i am on about, and when it goes near the water pipes theres nuts but i don't know how the nuts should be set and placed. any replys thanks for your help !

So you need to adjust the tension in the clutch handle?

ok so there are two adjusters. one on the lever and one thta is like right ontop the clutch case. turn the top one in all the way. now turn the bottom one out until the lever has roughly 1/8 inch play or you can stick a penny in between the lever and perch. now the top adjuster is for fine adjustment to make it exactly where you want it set at.
