HELP HOW TO GET CARB FLOAT TO UNSTICK ????DO I HAVE TO OPEN CARB?

Well if you mean open the float, then yeah.
Just undo it on the bottom of the carb.
You don't need to take the carb off.
What bike?

try tapping on the side of the bowl with the back end of a screwdriver sometimes that will free it up

Yes, that might help, but it is a bit of a 'cowboy' way! If it far more beneficial just to take the bottom of the carb off.

why stop at using a screwdriver when you can go all out with a hammer???  save yourself the aggrevation and take it apart and clean it out...while you in there replace the needle and seet..

haha cowboy darn staright....sometimes that stuff doesnt need replacin and it just gets in a little bind it happens to the best of them little tap tap taparoo gets it done then ya gotta dance around it shootin ur six shooters and yelling yeehaw or itll mess up again.....haha

Um...I was kidding. You need to open it and clean with carb cleaner and look at the needle and seat for replacment if needed.
