Hey guys, Sorry to let you hear this but im gonna sell my bike this winter and buy a raptor 660.

I love biking and all but i hardly get to go. I maybe rode my bike 8 times this year, its not near enough.

But i just wanted to take the time to thank you all for the help.

Maybe in two years when i get my lisence ill get another bike, Then i can take myself whenever i want.

What are some decent sport quads out there, i want something with lots of power and it has to have reverse, im looking at something used.

Also look at the Can-Am Ds, the Arctic Cat quads, Suzuki Lt450 (something like that) and a Honda Trx ex series.

Thats my delema. I think i might just go back to utility quads .

I could use it during the winter for a while. I just like the rush of a bike or a sled.

Guess i might buy a polaris sportsman 5 or 700.

A race quad might not be the thing for around here. It wouldn't be any better for the trails,

a 4 wheeler in snow??? Heck, a dirt bike is much more fun in snow. Unless you actually want to get something done (besides donuts )

Nice lookin quad Woods

Quads are fun for short periods, but you will be missing you bike after a while.

The big Raptors are awesome.  They give a suprisingly comforitable ride for having a straight axle.  They make better trail quads than any of the 450s too.

Suzukis LT400 quad would be my second choice.  They have liquid cooling and long lasting engines.  This is a great do it all quad.  Kawasakis and Arctic Cats 400 sport quads are the same machine as this with different plastic.

The Honda TRX400EX is my third choice.  About the same in performance as the LT, but just a little more outdated.  They also noticably lose power as they heat up from lack of liquid cooling.

These are my recommended choices for used trail quads.  If you can find a used Banshee in good condition I wouldn't pass it up.  The bad part is those who are selling them usually ask for too much money.  Last one I looked at was a '93 and the guy wanted $3500.  Way too much.

Honda said it. I'm getting the 09 YZ250. She is getting that. She likes it and so do i. It's the raptor and worrior in one. Like i said, Check it out. Fast, sporty, and she feels good on it.
I really like it myself. Can't wait to see what it will do.
