When I travel to other states I noticed something funny.  If I wear my Red Wings hat people say "hey you must be a hockey fan".  If I wear my Lions hat they say "hey you must be from Michigan". Lol.

I hate the wings!! Im a coyotes fan and when the wings come to town its like a home game for them!!
But i will admit the wings will always be an elite team, their passing and passing lane clogging skills are VERY frustrating for the fans of the opposition.
Sure hope the "great one" gets my team in shape soon or they wont be in phoenix much longer.

The Coyotes are not going anywhere.  They just moved there.  And from what I've been hearing about the next expansion the Wings might be able to switch to the East coast.  Vegas is supposed to be getting a team, and a city in the northwest.  Portland or somewhere.

The Wings owe a lot of their success to 4 men who are not even on the ice.  The owner has put a lot of resources into this team.  The GM is arguably the best in the buisness.  Bowman (who just left for the Blackhawks) has the greates hockey mind of all time.  And their European scout has been most valuable in finding all of the best players for the wings with low draft pics.  Let me count the ways. Federov, Fisher, Lindstrom, Koslov, Konstatinov, Holdstrom, Datsyuk, Zetterberg, Hudler, and many others that have been key players to the Wings.  Gretzkey needs a better support staff to develop his team.

I want to see the great one standing on the boards slamming a goalie stick against the boards when a horrible call is made, i want him to show some emotion on the bench and in the post game interviews. I know he is a quiet guy and leaves most of the bit-ching to the assistant coaches
the return of rick tocchet will help with team discipline

i want to see the pens kick the wings ass in the stanley this year and watch marion hossa cry and wine and ask to come back to the pens, then they say no and then i will laugh and watch him cry.

go pens. woot pirates 16 straight losing seasons.

I don't really like hockey. Spokane has a team here they are like in minor league hockey or sumthin and they're pretty good. I've been to a couple of their games but I dont know anything about pro hockey. I pretty much stick to football and motocross. Oh and I just noticed, the quick reply button is there!
