Let me first start off by saying, I have always been more then reasonable and in this case, more then reasonable enough.
Weapon MX sent out a sponserhip request to most everyone on sponserhouse and I accepted it planning on buying an exhaust. I was already planning on buying one, so I figured I would give Weapon MX a chance.
I ended up ordering my Exhaust pipe on May 1st, per the records. Today is September 4st and I have still not yet recieved it.
During this time I have made at least a dozen phone calls to them. Their responses have varried, most of them to the extent of it will be about a week until your exhaust is shipped. After about the 5th or 6th time of hearing that, I knew I couldn't be so nice, so I told them that this is not acceptable, and they responded saying "we will have someone contating you in a little bit about this."
No one ever contacted me, and over a week went by, so I repeated this cycle 2 more times. Hmm nothing. I finally demand a refund, telling them I do not even want this exhaust anymore. They tell me that Bill, the guy who deals with this will give me a call. Gee, I never heard that line before. Well I was more then resanable, yet again and I say ok, expecting the call from Bill...
Well its been over a week, I have heard nothing. I tried to call them today and it says their phones have been disconnected.
This is pathetic. I never recieved any e-mail notifications about order status other then a reciept of when I purchased the pipe over 4 months ago! I did not want it to come to this, but by no means is this alright. I would never reccomend this company to anyone. I have still not resolved this and I do not know what I am going to do, but just a head up to you guys...
Do not buy products from Weapon MX.
Like stated before. I have been very reasonable, but it has reached the point where I cannot be reasonable anymore. Afterall I spent my hard earned money for nothing but frustration right now. This is completly unsatisfactory and pathetic.

I know it will cost even more money, but you should contact a lawyer, unless the lawyer will cost more than the pipes worth.
I am fortunate to know one that helps me out when needed and he does not charge much, for a lawyer.
Sometimes, one call from a lawyer is all it takes, when dealing w/ scum bags like weapon mx.
I hate mfer's like that! If you can, stick it to them.

I think I can get one. My dad was a lawyer before he died, so I could contact some of his friends.
Its pure pathetic, I cannot believe them.

I've had tha exact same experience as you. 50% off from sponsorhouse was a good deal, but i wish i would have went with ANYONE ELSE! this is the worst customer service i have ever had. i have made 20 or more calls and numerous e-mails to these people and i have yet to have a response. and now the phone is disconnected. they took my money in june and have yet to tell me where my order is or give me a chance to cancel. i am going to find a lawyer to get my money back. WHATEVER YOU GUYS DO, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FOR WEAPONMX!! EVER. i can't afford another exhaust until i get my money back. so stick with your major dealers that have working phones and won't lie to you

HiFi, I don't think Jeremy was mocking. It reads more like he has had the same experience.
Pin, In cases like this it is not unusual for a group of individuls to hire one lawyer to represent them as a whole. Most of the time the lawyers fees are covered by the defendant if the court sides with the group. Otherwise the lawyer does not get paid. I would first contact the Better Buisness Bureau. They might be able to direct you to someone that is specialized in this sort of case.
I heard of people not getting their orders from Magnum powersports in Petersburg Mi. just before they suddenly went out of buisness last year. But they were all refunded their money before any legal action had taken place.

notify the bbb they already have a long record of complaints for weapon mx, and dont be fooled by the new info on the web site telling everyone they've moved to oregon, to be exact there in portland oregon and there is no manufacturer helping build these pipes, its just another one of bill marshalls lies, he has no one building the pipes, this guy needs to be put out of operation, he's living off of others money, what a loser

well i hate do disappoint you but he does have a manufacturer in portland that he is using. i know him. i totally know how you guys feel, but please understand and think about what it takes to move a company from one state to the next. now i am not defending bill or the things he has neglected to do with his customers, but keep in mind getting a company set up and suppliers all ready to roll is not a over night job. the guy doing the pipes for bill is top notch and would gladly make them as fast as they are needed but because of blogs like this no one is ordering. if you still have a order in and still want the pipe i would try to get a hold of them again. i think that you might get a faster response.

lol, if he called them about a dozen times and they just gave him false hope that it was on the way in a week. They have no intention of shipping it! bend over, because you just took it you know where man lol.

Gary,
By now my friend Pin has probably ordered and recieved a new pipe from one of Weapon MXs many competitors. I understand running a company like that is hard work but Bill has to realize that his customers need to come first. He should have had enough back stock set up before his move, or at the very least assigned an employee to handle customer relations. Pin was given the run around wich is very frustrating. If Weapon MX was up front with him about the back orders due to the company moving he would have been more understanding. Nothing is worse than waiting on parts when you want to go riding.
Remember it takes constant good service to keep customers coming back, but only one bad experience to loose them for good.
