the plug gets sootie and i would say there is a little oil not alot though. if i reuse the plug it will be for a 2nd run not any more than that.  my fuel mixtures are 32-40:1 I am playing around with that to see what the perfect mix is for the bike.

Tell me more about the jetting, im gonna have a go with that. I dont know whats in there at the moment, whats reconmended?  Its comming on summer down here so it will be in the 20s to early 30s degress celcius, and we ride at roughly 1100m above sea leavel.

wrong starting procedure and/or prolonged idleing cause carbon fouled plug. which yours is. and reusing fouled plugs dont work, no matter if it just fouled once. the first time it fouls, it is ruined.

quazy i think i have you beat. and i didnt even need a damn chart.

Yes it is. Did you clean the carb? If not do so, now turn the airscrew at 1 1/2 turns out, start the bike, then adjust the airscrew to the point of highest rpm. Depending how far out you adjust it will tell you if you need a new pilot or it can be fixed with the airscrew. I'd alos check the top end just to be sure.
