getting a cr250 or yz250. im 6'2" and 260lbs. what kind of suspension work do i need to do to keep my fat a$$ off the stops??

Stiffer rear spring, and a revalve to handle the bigger loads. Stiffer fork springs are nice but not as necessary.

Find a good suspension place. They will tell you what you need. It will cost a bit but worth it in the end.
