I have pics of my family and nothing to do with this board on mine. Do i need to close my account because you cats feel free to ( Hack) My account because i put up pics to help here?
And if your in any photobucket account without permission then your hacking!

Have alittle respect and couth. Thats why were on this board and not others.
Just ask first. I'll let any guru here drive my bike or cars as i trust you as far as i can on the net.

That's why I never post links to my flickr account. I always just re-upload them through Imageshack if I want to post them here.  

You can set an account to private.

Did I miss sumpin. How does someone get into a photobucket account w/out your username and password? And why is someone snoopin around Skips? Thats fckd up! Glad I only have pics of my bikes and sparkplugs.

I think if you right click on a picture hosted by photobucket you can get the file name then do a search on it when logged into photobucket. You will then be able to see all other pictures that individual has hosted unless they are set to private. I missed whatever happens too but I hope it all gets cleared up.

On another note, I will be up till midnight making it to guru so I can take a certain vette for a spin.

2rideagain is right. You can only look through the pics though. You have no power to upload or delete anything. And if you really want to know I'm the reason he started this thread. I was looking at skips PB to try and find tigger in his project phoenix rebuild. There was no situation, just a misunderstanding.

No misundersatanding, when a pic that was sen't to me on a PM ends up on the board then
yeah that kinda bugs me.
And for your comment on the other thread that hey it's a public photobuck i refer you back to my orig comment here, Just because you CAN do somthing does not mean you should.
This was not done with any bad intent and i have no hard feelings about it or any thing but just don't want people thinking that it's cool to go into our/your PB and post it.
I am not as puter savy as most of you but would not go into your photo album even if i knew how. Isn't that why there is a SHARE option. Mabey i'm just a old school guy reacting to what is the new school norm but that does not mean that i have to like it and not voice my opinion even if some might think it's over the top. I just think you should ask first. Just me.

Woods is correct on both counts.  
1)I am not mad about it as I did, in fact, put it on a public PhotoBucket area...
2) I didn't expect anyone to go peeking, and it's not polite to do so without permission.

We should all remember that with Photbucket, YouTube, and others, lots and lots of people can see your stuff, so be careful.  Personally, I don't believe in locked doors, as you all are my friends and I shouldn't have to lock anything up around you.

DatDude - we're cool.. no worries.  I think a positive did come out of this though, and that's a reminder to all to repect each other's digital data, and ask if you can look.
I swiped one of Woods' photobucket smilies early on, but I didn't go into his photobucket area until he offered to let me take a peek.

nah. nothing really big happened. someone went onto woods' photo bucket albums, that he stumpled across while looking for skips tigger in phoenex and posted hte pic here i believe cause he thought it was a funny pick. giving full credit to those who deserved it though. it is a good point. snooping in someone elses sutff is not cool. thats like saying. well i did go through that persons house. but hey!. he was an aquantence and the house wasn't locked.... i just wanted the balogna in his fridge.... lol. i dont think datdude meant to come across it. so he didnt do it with intent. but i suppose he didnt have to look through the proverbial fridge haha. could have turned around. ~pat
