nahh. i dont imagine. cause the vapor in your tank would have to travel through your gas. through the carb. through your reeds and into your cylinder. then somehow not explode until it gets into your exhaust. i dont think that would do it. ~pat

IDK! The carb is loaded up w/ fuel and more fuel is entering the combustion chamber than can be burnt, it is expelled and reignited by the heat of the pipe. Just an edumukated guess! ![]()

My 03 RC51 used to do that when I put the aftermarket exhaust on,power comander fixed that up.Was cool on the hwy though ![]()
Check your jetting.

thx for all the posted guys. yea it didnt do that when i had my factory 4 silencer but now that i sold that to my friend and i bought a 4.1 silencer its been doing that. they both were on a powerbomb header
