Compression and Rebound

Hi I would just like to know a few things.
What is the default clicks for H & S on my 2003 YZ125 on the front and back shocks.
I also heard they said you can set all this up according to your weight?
My weight is about 63Kg with my kit. Can some1 also tell me the setting according to my weight?
I’m new to this    so my questions might seem a bit dump Sorry.

Go to yamaha UK's website and you can download the service manual for your bike.  It will tell you how many clicks were stock.

You adjust a bike for your weight by changing the preload on the rear shock or by changing the springs in your fork/shock to different rate ones.

The damping adjusters shange the way the shock reacts, and should be set for the type of riding you do, and the conditions, moreso than adjusting them to account for changes in weight.

Here we go again!
