Yamaha Dirt Bikes Forum

im new to owning a dirtbike and was wondering how this bike will do when i get it all fixed up it needs both intake boots on the engine side of the carbs. its missing all of the lights and the speedometer and tachometer are missing as well. it does not have the original muffler on it, and it leaks oil somewhere. is there anywhere where they are known to leak? also the clutch slips on it. how can i adjust it to get it to work right? or do i have to buy the plates? i know its not in good shape, but its for a decent price($300). i hope you guys can help me out with this. i know how to work on atvs and sleds, but i have not seen this bike in the daylight to look it over good. please help me out. any info on where to get some parts would be awesome. thanks in advance.  

well, i found out where the oil leak is coming from. its coming out of the lever on the engine that the clutch is attached to. it looks like i will have to split the case in order to replace this seal. can anyone confirm this? also, does anyone know how the headlight assembly mounts to the bike? it just has a white cover where the light and fairing should be.
