NEED HELP WITH HONDA CR80 EXAUST INFO

Hi,
i currently am looking to buy a used honda cr 80 silencer/muffler for my 1985-86. Not to sure. I was wondering if an 1996 exaust pipe would work on my bike. Are the dimension the same? If not, what year would if fit up to?

fmf has a powercore silencer that will fit cr80's from 86-95. they have a different part number for 1996, so something is different about them.
i dont know about stock silencer. you will have to call a honda dealer to find out which year silencers will fit.
