Bike skidding and performs poorly ( supension wise )

my yz 125 skids all over the place. and performs very odd on almost every kind of terrain.
tyre pressure is 14.7 psi
and the suspenison is setup after the service manual... any ideas?

What do you mean by skidding? The rear tire is hopping all over the place.
Is the suspension set up for your weight or just the standard settings?

What year is it? Any idea how many hours on the suspension since last service? What do you weigh and what type riding are you doing? What type tires and what shape are they in?
