yeah. its fine. you can get a replacement i dont even know what they are called. pipe gasket i suppose? its a heat resistant gasket that goes between the cylinder and the pipe, around hte manifold there and keeps air, water and oil form leaking. ~pat

Hey, i had this same problem on my 2002 cr250 until the honda dealership told me. You need a new pipe washer and 2 new o rings and before you put it back on put some high temperature gasket seal on. mine hasnt leacked since its been 6 months. By the way this is robbing your horsepower at least 20%. Cheers

its not losing at least 20 percent power lol

i would say if anything its way less than 5 percent.

its a good idea to get it fixed when you can, its cheap and anyone can do it.

this isnt even a problem and your not losing any horsepower. if any under 0.1% if you dont want to clean up the mess that it makes then yes put a new gasket on it and high temp gasket seal. but if you dont care about the mess then it wont hurt anything.
