Whats the scariest dirt bike you've ever ridden? I have two, the first being my first ride on my 87 490. I got it for christmas, went out to ride it hat night( christmas eve) Got it started and wheelied in third gear up my drive way, no helmet, t shirt, jeans and boots at 13 years old, scared the hell outta me. Tha fastest scareiest bike ever was a 2006 Intimdatior. One thing to say. OMG insane. Its a beast, you have no idea. Everyone should ride one

My friend Craigs '87 KX125. It was not that old when I rode it, but he had it set up way wrong. The forks bhad the compression turned all the way down while the rebound was full on. and the rear spring was set for close to no sag. I thought I was going over the bars the whole time I rode it. He wouldn't let me fix his settings becuase he diddn't think I knew what I was doing.

83 yz490, test rode 1 was 16yrs old and used to a kx125. the powerband was absolutely violent. we found the very same bike laying in the dirt at the bottom of a gnarly downhill at our practice track. the new owner spent a couple of days in intensive care after looping out on the downhill. his buddies picked up the bike and told us the details.

Ermm, it would have to be the first time riding my RM125 and feeling the powerband kick in. Because before that bike, I hadn't riden anything with a powerband. So it was a bit of a shock! lol!

My friend had one, he came up from Georgia to ride with us. One day he brought the atk, his usually woods bike was a 2005 yz 250, the Intimidator was a toy, he had the money and wanted the baddest thing money could buy. And it is, it was the 700 and holy *** Rocket ship on wheels. That will be my first bike purchase upon being stationed state side again.

its almost 11 grand... and there is a hige waiting list. they only make a couple each year. so you have to put your order in like a year and some montha ahead. but i bet they'd be worth it. theres no way you got it topped out did you? how was the almost 90 hp on 2 wheels on dirt lol ~pat

If I could ride it, it would be my brother Brad's bike.
It's way too fast - I'd kill myself on it. He's already done some self damage with it.
I've tried riding it, too tall for me and too many confusing levers & buttons that aren't labeled. Maybe I'll give it a try once more. (We're going to Milestone on friday night)

Original YZ400F - that thing was terrifying. CR500 was a pants-wetter as well!
