hey
I whant to clean up my subframe and wheels but I have never really polished anything before. what do you guys and girls do to polish yours? what products do you use?

Black magic wheel cleaner from Wal-Mart works great. I use Mcguires wax on the plastics also from walmart. Subframe: probably any aluminum polish that you can find would work fine. That whell cleaner will take the grime off of a lot of other stuff as well.
