diesel is more expensive so that can lower prices of gas. you use to be able to get it dirt cheap. you still can but its ilegal. its called off road diesel. its pretty much using the oil that a farmer would find in his yard. they drill for the oil, then after they get it they stick a pump to it, and can pump it right into the truck. its ilegal to use and its not that good on the engine.

hmm, it burns dirty i know that hahaha. but the diesel engines are very efficient. not sur eexactly how they work. same as a gas i guess but they got a coil instead of a plug. and they run slower rpms. ~pat

cool, thanks a lot for clearing all that up guys. I hate being unsure about things because its all I can think of, and I tend to overthink it.
im curious as hell as to how dirty my air filter is, I cant wait to go take it apart.
and it sounds like me and you are in the same boat Pat. Im always driving alone down a lonely back gravel road, no tracks, no other riders, the only dust is my mile long dust cloud behind me, and I put about 3-4 hours a of riding time every week on my bike. ![]()
ps: I hit a little bird doing about 120 km/h and the damn thing almost made me wipe out LOL

well they are about 5% more efficient but they are way more polutents then cars are. and cars are starting to get more efficient. now a 2 stroke with DFI is the most efficient engine.

yup, lol its a mode of transportation out here. plus, i got no way to bring it to any track , and my parents aren't into it at all. so no weekend rides for me. its ride down the trails , and hte pit with friends. your filter gets so dirty its unreal. i need to clean mine way more. but yeah. i've seen people hit birds lol, saw someone with bird feathers all stuck in their chest protector lol. that was good stuff. . where do you live again metal mulisha? ~pat

haha, feathers in the chest protector would be awesome.
I live in southern alberta, canada. small town of 3000 people, all farming down in the southern part and oil and gas in the northern part of the province. its awesome here. we sleep with the front and back door to out house wide open at night, airs the house out because its so damn hot. bet not one person living in america could say that ![]()

metal. we dont lock our doors. we leave the house wide open all the time. we had a screen door actually. wiht a big rip in it our dog put in it as a doggy door. that stays open no matter what. living in nowhere is kinda cool sometimes. i mean my 12 gauge deters people, but thats a different story ~pat

haha, maybe I should mention that I dont live in the country like all you guys, I live right in town, neighbors, good ones, everywhere.
